A follow-up written component that is sent to you by mail to reinforce the session
The written component could be a worksheet, a letter, a hybrid of both of these things, or even a collage. The specifics are channeled to meet your particular needs

I You’ll receive an email with payment information and a brief questionnaire.
All you have to do is email your answers back at least 48 hours before your session.

You have the option to record the Zoom session. Recordings can be a great reference tool in the immediate wake of things, but also indefinitely.
Weeks, months, or years later you might extract different layers of value that meet you at different points of your life.

Within a week of your session, a written-follow-up that’s custom-designed to lock-in and support your growth will be sent out by mail.
